To send an invoice from Open, you have to add your customer’s details first. Please follow these steps.

  • In the create Invoice section, click on the column that say “Invoice To”
  • Now, click on the ‘+’ sign. You will now be taken to the page where you can add the customer details.
  • Please fill out the required details and save the details.
  • Once the customer details are added you can go back to the create Invoice section.
  • Click on the 'Invoice to' column again. The customer you have added will be present here now.
